Gravel GiroSardegna – Participation Fees
You can join by paying the entire race fee + any hotel fee and supplements
You can also join by paying a deposit of 300 euros per person (the balance must be paid by 28/02/25)
- Direct registration on the website: fill out the online form and make the payment, which can be made by credit card (in this case there is no need to send copies of the payment) or by bank transfer (sending a copy of the receipt by e-mail to girosardegna@gmai.com).
paper registration: fill out the registration form by entering the complete data of the participants and send it together with a copy of the payment receipt by e-mail (girosardegna@gmai.com).

Registrations received without a copy of the payment receipt will not be considered valid.

ATTENTION: registration CANNOT be done through the FCI computer system. (KSport).
This type of registration is not considered valid and must be repeated on site, at a cost of Euro 50.00 p.p.
Hotel quote
Hotels can only be booked through the GiroSardegna Organization.
ATTENTION: the price is the same for the three available hotels.
In all hotels, the municipal tourist tax must be paid at the reception (1.50 euros per person per day).
The hotels DO NOT accept animals, with the exception of the Hotel Janna ‘e Sole, if their presence is reported in advance. The Hotel will ask for 70 euros extra for room cleaning at the weekend.

The treatment is exclusively full board with drinks – water/wine -; guests who request at least three days of stay will be accepted: the rooms are assigned as available strictly following the registration date!
°The central hotel Janna ‘e Sole is reserved for “GiroSardegna-Gold”, “GiroSardegna-Classic” and “Tour” members
*The rooms of the Sporting Hotel can be reserved by all members
*In case of need for additional rooms, the Hotel I Corbezzoli will also be opened
Normally hotels do NOT accept animals, but for the GiroSardegna they will be accepted in the Hotel Janna ‘e Sole by reporting their presence in advance.

Possible supplements:
Transfer from Olbia airport: Euro 40.00 with bike – Euro 30.00 without bike on the way out and the same amount on the way back
Transfer from Alghero airport: Euro 80.00 with bike – Euro 70.00 without bike on the way out and the same amount on the way back
Transfer from Cagliari airport: Euro 100.00 with bike – Euro 90.00 without bike on the way out and the same amount on the way back
ATTENTION: for the transfer from Cagliari and Alghero airports, you must contact the Organization to evaluate the possibility.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
In case of cancellation communicated by 02/28/25, Euro 50.00 will be retained with a refund of everything else paid; in case of cancellation within 10 days of the start date, Euro 150.00 will be retained. No refund in case of cancellation communicated later.
PENALTY FOR REPLACING NAMES:
Euro 50.00 – The replacement can take place up to 10 days from the start date.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
February 28, 2025 (after this date, registrations will only be accepted for places freed up by cancellations)
